1-High power cutting spindle mainly is used for cutting, high power engraving, characterized by high power, strong cutting ability, especially suitable for cutting letters, three dimensional characters, of course, can also make nameplates, seals and so on. This kind spindle can be generally divided into brushless frequency high-speed ac motor and brush ac motor according to the characteristics of the motor.
2-Precision spindle is characterized by low noise, high speed, height, suitable for processing of especially precision work piece, such as seals, nameplates, badge gifts. This kind of motor is usually high-speed frequency conversion motor, the power is small, generally less than 250W. The disadvantage is poor to cut the thick material.
The main differences between the two spindles are:
A-Brushless frequency conversion motor has good blocking performance. Due to the special current limiting circuit on the frequency converter, the blocking will not burn down the motor in a short time, while the brush AC machine will burn down quickly in the case of overload operation or blocking, and can't be repaired.
B-High speed, speed range about 60,000rpm, and generally brush AC motor maximum speed is not more than 24,000rpm.
C-Brushless motor adopts variable frequency speed control technology, is a professional product with long life and 1 year warranty, also is easy to maintenance by replacing the high-speed bearing, and brush AC motor due to the life around 300 hours have to replace the motor or motor carbon brush, so this motor is usually not warranty in a single day.
D-Brushless motor has high rotation accuracy, small wear, low noise; the noise is much lower than the brush AC motor.
